Refunds and Returns
Fitify Pro conducts business under a strict refund policy. Refunds are applicable to the following:
- If the product is broken or in terrible condition upon arrival and is no longer usable.
- If the product never arrives to the provided destination (we will verify)
If your product has an issue of any sort please note this with our support team (email@example.com) as soon as possible, requests and refunds after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Brands that will not take returns:
- You have 24 hours to cancel the order, after 24 hours you will be charged an additional $65 as a cancellation fee.
- After the product has shipped, if you would like to change the ship address there will be a $250 fee.
- If the return is truly needed, with valid reasoning, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied. The product must be in original packaging and condition. Leisurecraft themselves will inspect the product upon return and Leisurecraft will be the sole decider of the condition of the product and the amount of the refund.
Fitify Pro is an outlet for high quality brands not the Official Brand.
We have authority to sell these brands products as we are official dealers for them.
Refund requests and processing times will vary for each supplier.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds on orders over $2K will only be accepted if any equipment is damaged upon arrival. Please take pictures and send them to our support email asap to see about getting your money back or replacements. Refund requests will only be accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your product upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
